Friends of Sai Kung is a not-for-profit community organisation which seeks to preserve and improve the quality of life of Sai Kung people and to protect the unique environment of Sai Kung for the benefit of Hong Kong and its visitors.

Friends of Sai Kung are not against improving safety standards and traffic flow on Hiram's Highway. We feel there is room for improvement but are strongly against the extension of the dual carriageway, or even building a continuous three lane highway. FSK has collected more than 1,800 signatures rallying against the expansion which would lead to the ‘Over Development’ of Sai Kung. If you can help please email us at info@friendsofsaikung.org
